Shipping Information
At Wild Spirits of Kent, we take great care in getting your order to you safely and securely. Please review the following details for shipping alcohol within the UK:

Age Verification
By law, you must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol. All orders are subject to age verification upon delivery. A signature will be required at the time of delivery, and the courier may ask for proof of age if the recipient appears under 25. If age verification cannot be confirmed, the delivery will not be completed, and the goods will be returned.

Shipping Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.

Delivery Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. You will be informed of the total shipping cost before confirming your order.

Delivery Restrictions
We only deliver within the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Packaging
All orders are securely packaged to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. We use appropriate protective materials to prevent breakages during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Missed Deliveries
If you’re not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection from a local depot. After 2 failed delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Courier Liability
While we carefully package your items, we are not liable for any delays or damages caused by the courier service once the package has been dispatched. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the courier directly, or let us know, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

Returns and Refunds
For details on how to return an item or request a refund, please refer to our [Refund & Returns Policy]. Please note that alcohol cannot be returned due to change of mind.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Wild Spirits of Kent, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here’s what you can do:
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened. If the product is unopened and in its original condition, we may offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
How to Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
